Two Things 2013 Taught Me About Loving Myself

Loving  myself is NOT selfish.

 The bible says to love others as I love myself. 

   

When I don't make taking care of myself a priority 

I'm unable to be who God created me to be.

 Taking care of myself is an act of worship.

This body, this life is the only one God has granted me 

abusing it, misusing it and taking it for granted is not a sign of love for Him from me.
